Seven days to come back to yourself. Completely.
"You've been achieving. Producing. Showing up for everyone else. This is 7 days to stop — and remember who you actually are underneath all of it."
"A certified life coach who lived the corporate experience, and a master yogi who trained as a monk in India. Together, we hold space for the kind of transformation that lasts."

Michelin Key Awarded Resort
Most high-achievers don't need more goals. They need space. Real, uninterrupted, ocean-view space to reconnect with who they are beneath the job title, the deliverables, and the relentless forward motion.
Xinalani Eco Resort sits on a remote jungle cliff above the Pacific — accessible only by boat, named by Michelin, and unlike anywhere you've ever brought your mat. Six open-air yoga studios. A private beach. Organic food. And a silence that actually allows something to shift.
Led by Kim Segal and Markandeya Rsi, this retreat weaves master yoga, sound healing, life coaching, breathwork, and Vedic philosophy into a week that meets you where you are — and moves you somewhere new.
"Accessible only by boat. No roads. No noise. Just ocean, jungle, and the kind of silence that actually allows something to shift."
Your week is fully curated. All you need to do is arrive and be present.

Every day is thoughtfully paced — enough structure to feel held, enough spaciousness to truly land. Here is what a day might feel like.
"Six open-air yoga studios. A private beach accessible only by boat. Organic food. And a week that is fully yours."
Decades of combined practice. Brought together for one week.
Kim spent 15 years in corporate technology before walking away from a successful career to do the deeper work. She has studied Ayurvedic medicine in Goa, Buddhist philosophy in Japan, and sacred cacao facilitation in Guatemala.
At this retreat Kim leads evening yin yoga, crystal singing bowl sound baths, life coaching circles, vision mapping workshops, and post-retreat integration support.
With over 24 years of dedicated practice, Markandeya deepened his path through more than four years of monastic training in India. His teachings are rooted in the Bhagavad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam, and classical yogic texts.
At this retreat Markandeya leads morning vinyasa, Vedic philosophy sessions, breathwork, and dhyana meditation. His teaching integrates asana, pranayama, philosophy, and conscious leadership.
Open-air shalas perched above the Pacific. Each one immersed in jungle. Morning mist. Birdsong. The sound of the ocean below.
A 250-yard-wide private beach accessible only by boat. The pool meets the horizon. Hammocks. Kayaks. Complete peace.
Xinalani blends the traditions of Mexican cuisine with a mindful approach to nutrition. Fresh, local, plant-forward. A true food adventure.
No roads. No cars. No noise. Twelve miles south of Puerto Vallarta Airport. The boat ride itself is the first exhale.
Catch waves, explore the underwater world at Los Arcos, and paddle at sunrise. Adventure and stillness in the same day.
