About the Retreat

Seven days.
One intention.
Find your way back.

Most high-achievers don't need more goals. They need space. Real, uninterrupted, ocean-view space to reconnect with who they are beneath the job title, the deliverables, and the relentless forward motion.

Xinalani Eco Resort sits on a remote jungle cliff above the Pacific — accessible only by boat, named by Michelin, and unlike anywhere you've ever brought your mat. Six open-air yoga studios. A private beach. Organic food. And a silence that actually allows something to shift.

Led by Kim Segal and Markandeya Rsi, this retreat weaves master yoga, sound healing, life coaching, breathwork, and Vedic philosophy into a week that meets you where you are — and moves you somewhere new.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I fly into?

Fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) — it has direct flights from most major US cities. We recommend arriving on March 20, 2027 to make the afternoon boat transfer to the resort.

When should I book my flight?
Arrival — March 20
Land by 4:00 PM
Boats do not depart after dark.
Departure — March 27
Depart after 12:00 PM
Book no earlier than noon.

Once you land at PVR, allow at least 1 hour before your boat departs. The taxi to Terminal Maritima is only 15 minutes, but customs can take 45+ minutes. Your private boat will be scheduled 1 hour after your flight lands so you arrive at the marina comfortably.

How do we get from the airport to the resort?

Everything is handled the moment you land. A private air-conditioned van will be waiting at PVR to take you directly to the seaport. From there, a private boat carries you across the bay to Xinalani — a beautiful 45-minute ride along the Pacific coastline. Xinalani is only accessible by boat, and the journey itself is your first exhale.

Will there be WiFi?

Yes — high-speed internet is available in all rooms, common areas, and yoga studios. That said, we genuinely encourage you to take advantage of being somewhere this beautiful and disconnect from digital life. The ocean will still be there. Your inbox will too — but it can wait.

Do I need to know yoga or be flexible?

Not at all. This retreat is designed for all levels — including complete beginners. You do not need to touch your toes, hold a pose, or have ever stepped on a mat. Yoga is not about flexibility — it is about presence. Both Kim and Markandeya teach with modifications so everyone can participate fully and comfortably. If you can breathe, you can do this.

What if my room doesn't have A/C?

The open air rooms are beautifully designed to work with the natural ocean breeze — many guests actually prefer them. Fans are provided in every room, and additional fans are available on request. One guest tip: bring a small personal fan to tuck inside the gorgeous mosquito nets that drape over the beds. It creates a gentle breeze all night long and many guests say it becomes one of their favourite parts of the experience.

Do I need a passport?

Yes — a valid passport is required. This is an international retreat in Mexico. Please make sure your passport is current and valid well beyond your March 2027 travel dates. Check your expiry date as soon as you register and renew immediately if needed — passport processing times can vary. Do not leave this to the last minute.
