Welcome to CorporateYogi. By accessing or using this website (corporateyogi.life), purchasing products from our shop, or engaging our coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. About CorporateYogi

CorporateYogi LLC is a life coaching and wellness brand founded by Kim Segal, based in San Diego, California. We offer private life coaching services, yoga instruction, wellness events, retreats, and the BeautifulU apparel collection.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Use the site to transmit unsolicited or harmful communications

3. Coaching Services

CorporateYogi offers private life coaching, accountability coaching, and spiritual coaching. Our coaching services are intended for personal development and general wellness purposes only.

Important: Life coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.

By booking a coaching session, you acknowledge that coaching results are not guaranteed and depend on your own commitment and effort.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

Discovery calls are complimentary and may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice via Calendly. For paid coaching sessions:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be forfeited
• Package sessions are non-refundable once coaching has commenced

5. Shop & Product Orders

Our BeautifulU yoga pants are sold through our website via Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice
• Shipping: Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• All Sales Final: Because BeautifulU Yoga & Meditation Pants are handmade by artisans in small batches, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final. We know that's a big ask — and we appreciate your trust in us.
• Store Credit for Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with a photo. We will issue store credit toward a future purchase equal to the value of the damaged item.
• Wrong Item: If you receive the wrong item, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

6. Events & Retreats

By registering for a CorporateYogi event or retreat, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks. You agree to participate at your own risk and to inform the instructor of any physical limitations or health conditions prior to participation. CorporateYogi is not liable for any injury sustained during events.

Event cancellation policies vary by event and will be communicated at time of registration.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, graphics, logos, and the BeautifulU brand — is the property of CorporateYogi LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

The trademarks "CorporateYogi," "BeautifulU," and "Confessions of a Corporate Yogi" are the property of CorporateYogi LLC.

8. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions are strictly confidential. Kim Segal will not share the content of your sessions with any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CorporateYogi does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CorporateYogi LLC and Kim Segal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website, our coaching services, or products purchased from our shop.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

This website contains links to third-party services including Calendly, Shopify, Flodesk, and Partiful. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. CorporateYogi is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Diego County, California.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
