For anyone who has been putting off the thing they actually care about. Whether you are stuck at the start, losing momentum in the middle, or just need a consistent space and people around you to finally make it happen — this circle was made for you. Six weeks of structure, accountability, and dedicated time to build what matters.
Consistency is the point. Your nervous system learns to expect this time. That is how momentum builds.
One Tool. One Tip. That's It.
Each week Kim opens with one practical tool or technique — time blocking, body doubling science, task batching, energy mapping, dopamine stacking. Short, specific, and immediately usable. No fluff.
Deep Work — Cameras On, Do Your Thing
This is the heart of it. Everyone stays on Zoom, cameras on, and works on their own project in silence. No talking. Just the power of being witnessed — the science of body doubling. For neurodivergent brains especially, having others present activates focus in a way that working alone never does.
Close Out + Set Your Intention for the Week
Everyone shares one thing they completed and one thing they are carrying forward. Brief. Grounding. The accountability loop that makes next week more likely to happen.
60 minutes total · Same time every week · Zoom
Each week opens with one focused technique designed for neurodivergent and distracted brains. Then we get to work.
Week One
Tool: The MIT method — Most Important Task
Stop the paralysis of too many options. We use the MIT framework to identify the single most important task for your project this week. Simple, fast, and surprisingly effective for ADHD brains that freeze under too many choices.
Week Two
Tool: Accountability pairing + body doubling science
The neuroscience behind why working alongside others — even silently on Zoom — activates focus centers that solo work cannot reach. You will be paired with an accountability partner from the group for the week.
Week Three
Tool: Energy-based time blocking
Standard time blocking fails neurodivergent brains because it ignores energy. This week we build a time block system around your natural energy peaks and crashes — not an ideal calendar that will never happen.
Week Four
Tool: Dopamine stacking for motivation
ADHD brains are not lazy — they are dopamine-seeking. This week we build a personalized dopamine menu that makes working on your project feel rewarding rather than like a chore you keep avoiding.
Week Five
Tool: The completion ritual
Starting is easy. Finishing is where most projects die. This week we build a completion ritual and identify the specific moment in your project cycle where you typically abandon ship — then design around it.
Week Six
Tool: Your personal accountability system
The final week is about building a system that keeps you moving after the program ends. Your personal accountability structure, your go-to tools, and your commitment to the project you have been building for six weeks.
Body doubling — working alongside others, even in silence — is one of the most powerful focus tools that exists, especially for neurodivergent brains. When someone else is present, the brain activates social accountability circuits that make starting and staying on task significantly easier. But beyond the neuroscience, there is something deeper happening in this circle: the feeling of not being alone in the struggle. When you see other people showing up week after week for their own dreams, it becomes easier to show up for yours. Community is not a nice-to-have here. It is the mechanism.
60 minutes every week. Same time, same structure, same community. Your nervous system will start to look forward to it.
One-page PDF for each week's tool so you can use it between sessions and revisit it any time.
You will be matched with one person from the group for weekly check-ins between sessions. One text. One update. Huge impact.
A private space to share wins, ask questions, and celebrate progress between weekly sessions.
Every session recorded and available within 24 hours. Miss a week and still get the tool and the context.

Do I need to have ADHD to join?
Not at all. This circle is designed with neurodivergent brains in mind but it works for anyone who struggles with procrastination, distraction, or losing momentum on personal projects. If you have ever sat down to work on something important and found yourself doing anything else instead — this is for you.
What kind of projects can I work on?
Anything. A book. A business idea. A creative project. A course you are building. A side hustle. A hobby you keep meaning to develop. The only requirement is that it matters to you and you keep putting it off.
What day and time are the sessions?
Sessions meet every Sunday at Noon PT / 3:00 PM ET — the perfect way to set yourself up for a focused, intentional week. A different day than Burnout to Balance so you can easily do both.
Can I do this alongside the Burnout to Balance program?
Yes — that is exactly the intention. They run on different days and complement each other perfectly. One addresses your nervous system and inner world. The other gives you structured time to build something external. Together they cover the full picture. There is even a bundle discount — email kim@corporateyogi.online.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded. You will also get the weekly tool guide regardless of whether you attend live. That said — showing up live is where the body doubling magic happens, so we strongly encourage it.
