When does the program start and what day are the calls?

The founding cohort begins June 15, 2026. Sessions meet every Tuesday evening at 7:00 PM ET / 4:00 PM PT via Zoom.

What if I miss a live call?

Every session is recorded and delivered to you within 24 hours. You will not miss the coaching — but showing up live is where the magic happens, so we encourage you to prioritize it.

How is this different from 1:1 coaching?

Group coaching adds something 1:1 cannot — community. There is profound healing in realizing you are not alone in what you are experiencing. The group dynamic accelerates transformation in ways that often surprise people. Plus it is a fraction of the 1:1 investment.

Do I need any prior experience with coaching or yoga?

None. This program meets you exactly where you are. The only requirement is a genuine desire to stop surviving and start living.

Is there a payment plan?

What is your refund policy?

Because this is a small group program with limited spots, all sales are final. If something unexpected comes up, your enrollment can be transferred to the next cohort.
